Change Windows 7 alt+tab look?

This will probably seem like a really stupid question but how exactly do you get the alt+tab on Windows 7 to look like this?



Mine looks like this



Now I am fully aware that there's some regedit method to make it look like the old XP theme, but I dont't want that.....I want the first image.
