I’ve been asking for help for over three weeks now regarding missing in-game currency: 225 Timewalking Badges and 5,000 Resonance Crystals. I’ve opened several tickets, and most of the responses have been copy-paste replies, which aren’t addressing the issue. I’ve also reported this as a bug multiple times.
A Game Master informed me that they can’t see the issue on their side, despite the fact that the transaction is clearly visible on my transaction log. This isn’t a mail problem—it’s a currency transfer issue, and I’m not receiving any proper resolution or follow-up.
After all this time, the lack of progress is frustrating, and the handling of my case feels inadequate.
What's the deal with Blizzard here? Gm's can't restore missing Currency? Fill out the bug forum for them to ignore it. Tickets seem to be useless
