Key press instead of key release?

Hey and g'day to ya and thanks for reading my thread xp. As the title said is there an add on or an in game option to be able to cast spells with the press of a button instead of release, is like snowfallkeys. I belive I found the option in game but it doesnt seem to work please help ^^
