Tortos 25 hc wat do?

So we're on Tortos HC now. We're using a monk tank and a bear tank. The bear is picking the bats, but he seem to get gibbed fast.

Glyphed CoE on them doesnt slow them much and he can't get away from them.

If kiting isnt a possiblity, should we kill the bats? Or should we get a warrior/dk for the bats? How do most guilds handle this fight?
