Shaman, or Monk? (PvP)

I'm kind of torn over which class to go for. I'm basically trying to decide between Enhancement Shaman, or Brewmaster Monk. Played plenty of Enhancement back in Cata and some WotLK and generally enjoyed the "utility" role it tended to fill - purge buffs, toss out off-heals, do some damage (but not as much as most, depending on the patch), and generally be a thorn in the enemy team's side. Near as I can tell, this hasn't changed a bit.

But I'm intrigued by Brewmaster Monks. Now, obviously, my role would be different (camping out on a flagpost or running CTF flags) but I'm looking to still fill a general "utility" role. How effective are Brewmasters at supporting and aiding teammates? Tiger's Lust looks like a hell of a skill, and they also appear to have some impressive control options available to them (short range AOE disorient with the fire breath glyph, what looks like a retooled version of Shockwave through talents, etc), but I'm wondering how the playstyle works.

I'm ultimately unimpressed with the current role assigned to Protection Warriors (stay alive and virtually nothing else, thanks to nerfs aimed at making Arms less ridiculous) and am looking for something a bit more varied and useful outside of simply staying alive. I'm okay with not being as hard to kill as a Protection Warrior (Second Wind is so good for PvP) as long as it means I'm gaining some more variety and versatility in exchange for it.
