first build need help

im building a gaming computer and i need help picking out a motherboard so far im thinking this

case: cooler master haf 932
cpu: i5 2500k
gpu: galaxy GeForce GTX 580
ram: G.SKILL Sniper Gaming Series 12GB
hdd: Samsung Spinpoint F3 1TB
heatsink: cooler master hyper 212 evo
dvd: Asus 24X SATA DVD+/-RW
psu: CORSAIR Gaming Series GS700 700W

let me know if i should change anything or if this is a bad build.
