"Cooldown resets daily" When is that?
So on my scribe, i have the scroll of wisdom recipe thingy c: And i was just wonderin' when does the cooldown reset? Like at what time? Is it 12/24 hours from the moment you used it, or it at a certain time (12:00, or 03:00 as dailies?)
