Any Frost Mage PvP Macros?

I'm pretty new to using a frost mage in PvP (or any dps for that matter) I've been a healer since TBC and decided to mess around with dps. I was wondering if anyone had any good macros to potentially combine or chain a couple spells that commenly get cast in succession anyway. There are just so many useful utilities and spells in that class I frequently forget to use something because i dont have enough mouse buttons/nearby keys to map them all and I hate clicking the bars.

I'd love to have like
/cast -----
/cast -----
type of macro for things that make sense to combine but my inexperience doesn't allow me to know which spells to chain together into one button.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
