Looking for a Macro/ Addon that changes existing macros

Wondered if anybody had a solution to my issue.

I have a few macros on my ret pally for support moves, these macros look like this:

#showtooltip
/cast [mod:shift,target=mobbins] Hand of Protection
/cast Hand of Protection

Anybody know of anyway I can change the target= part of my macros without having to change each one individually? So I could just click a button and they would swap from target=mobbins to target=SomeOneElse?
