Speed of rep gain in 5.2 (how much VP to go into 5.2 with?)

Hey, Was just wondering if anyone with ptr experience could tell me how fast we can expect to gain rep with the new faction in 5.2 (the one that gives the 522ilvl gear).

Just trying to figure out how much VP I should be going into 5.2/how much I should be spending on upgrades now (the neutral neck is only a 5 ilvl upgrade for me).
