new ww mastery

hi,
for those who are interested, i was calculating the new mastery and came to the following results:
( note: dont take these numbers excactly ; but it should be right more or less )


5.1 ( on live servers ):

in a 10 minute fight my average tiger eye brew procc was every 4,7 seconds
-> 10 stacks after 47 seconds
-> uptime of 31,91%

5.2 :

you need 3 instead of 4 chi, so in theory only 75% of the time -> procc every ~ 3,5 seconds
-> 10 stacks after 35 seconds
-> uptime of 42,8 %

5.2 with t15 4p :

10% to generate an additional stack when you gain one ; i say in my theory you only need the period of time for 9 stacks to have 10
-> 10 stacks after ~ 31,5 seconds
-> 47,61% uptime

therefore, i was only calculating the uptime before and after the patch and with the t15 ; depending on what the stat weight will fall in 5.2 it could become even stronger

note: i did this all in theory ; especially the proccs shouldnt be taken excactly and i only took them as an inital point to start with. if you find any mistakes i made, just tell me.
