Low FPS issue

I just redid my UI and I'm having really low FPS now, I really didn't change many addons but now I'm getting about 12-20fps. I cut a few of my less used addons from my previous UI and changed from Grid to Vuhdo (only big change). Vuhdo seems to be the most memory intensive addon I have, it uses about 5.1mb on average. If anyone has any advice it would be most welcome. It wont let me upload a screenshot for some reason.
