I'm very curious how people prefer to pay for their mmo's. If you wittily answered, "I don't [want to pay]," feel free to chuckle for a bit and then srsface. Games cost money, and good games cost lots of money. Many games started with the subscription model and many are now switching or starting with the f2p (free to play) model of micro-transactions.
So, what *feels* better to you as a gamer (consumer)? Which method of payment suits you better? Why?
*Please* exclude discussing/considering f2p models where you can buy gear. This has too many negative repercussions on the game. Consider f2p systems where you buy xp increases, or more character slots, or cosmetic items, etc.
