Skip normal difficulty?

I tried to search on Both D3 forums and here and i couldn't find anything about this subject ( Maybe it's because i'm french heh)
Will it be possible to jump/skip Normal(casual) mode?

I really don't wanna faceroll through my first time doing the game. i wan't the feeling achievement when i kill an act boss. Is it possible to start at hell or Nightmare? or is it like Diablo 2?
