Status Pending

Greetings,

I have just tried to do a Race Change but the payment site it normally would send himself to after you put in the right details didn't appear, so my character became stuck on 'PENDING' without paying.
Anyone knows how long it can take till the pending is gone and i can pay again?
I already made a online ticket but since it's weekend i fear i won't get a answer anytime soon.

Any of you know?
