What is the dalaran story?

Hey guys,

I love the story in WoW but I feel like I've missed something. People are always talking about the dalaran story with Jaina and others but I feel completely out of the loop. I saw the cinematic with Jaina talking on the balcony but I feel like I missed everything before and everything after, it would just be nice to understand what I have missed :D.

Can someone fill me in on the story, or link me to a good website that has the story breakdowns?
