Balance gear advice

So I need a little advice. Here is my current gear:

us(.)battle(.)net/wow/en/character/sargeras/Luneaeterna/advanced

My question is I have lfr tier 15 helm. Should I wait till I have one more piece to get 4 set or go ahead and switch out helms.
