Help our mage?

Greetings everyone! I come seeking assistance on behalf of one of my guilds only mages, an arcane mage. I will state that besides a couple of our raiders (like myself) we're a pretty casual 10 man guild, running two groups--normal mode only for the time being. But it seems this individual isn't putting up satisfactory numbers. Mages of any variety are a bit out of my expertise but I know there's something very wrong going on. Maybe some of you guys can shed some light on what this mage can do to get better, and help our guild out. Any criticism is appreciated. Whatever you want to pick at is fair game, big or small. These logs aren't exactly new, but to be honest nothing has really changed over the weeks and this is the most complete night I have for this person. :) please refrain from comments such as "go fire"... I know.. and that's a completely different discussion..lol
