Iron Qon H - solo tank 10 man

so we're going to do a few pulls of H iron qon in tonights raid. Our pally tank out of action and due to our raid dps, we're trying solo tanking (me) with 2 heals. We have a pally who will take clemency which I assume handles my impales healers are priest and shaman.firstly I haven't ready heard of monks takning this solo, my RL says she's researched and any tank can tho. does anyone have any advice? I'm currently mostly geared for mastery which I went for to experiment, for ji-kun and because I was fed up of threat issues. Given there's a period of multiple adds, is crit better for that? I do have the 2 piece bonus.
