Ancestal Guidance Macros?

Hey,

I'm wondering what other people are using to macro this spell with other abilities.

I'm having trouble making a macro as Elemental using either : Chain Lightning / Lava Burst

i.e.
/cast Ancestral Guidance
/cast Chain Lightning

or

/cast Ancestral Guidance
/cast Lava Burst


Is it possible to make a macro for both and put in a modifier, or even better without a modifier ; If LvB on cooldown then cast Chain Lightning?


As Enhancement I use:

/cast Ancestral Guidance
/cast Stormstrike

Does anyone put Fire Nova in there?

I've not played Resto enough to know what Ancestral Guidance macro would be good, could anyone link one they might use?
