so i made some salmon today and i put it on the stove to panfry like i usually do. did 3 minutes on each side. however when i get to the center it was a little on the raw side so i put it back in and when i did so the fish started sort of turning white/oozing white.......should i not have finished eating it? it didnt taste any different.....im now worried i might have eaten something i shouldnt have. as i have never seen this happen before. doesnt salmon usually stay pink???? (it had a bbq marinade rub if that helps and i added some spicy seasoning flakes.)
