Elemental BiS T13 (Preliminary)

A few things to bear in mind, this is not a simulated Gear set (no scale factors or what not) this is me purely throwing together a set so we can see how the final stats in full T13 would look like, the set assumes you have the new epic 50 intell and 25 intell 25 haste epic gems (although wowhead profiler doesnt list them in the list), it also assumes you are a goat and have access to Dragonwrath (the profile is editable so you can alter it to your liking). Also this set assumes you have the full 10 stacks of WoU(Will of Unbinding) trinket, professions used are Jewelcrafting and Engineering (which I did not include the intell from the glove enchant into the final stats). The stats will be as follows:

Hit 1643

Intell 7856 (No external buffs)

Spell power 10873 (Totem not included)

Haste 3182 (Totem not included)

Mastery 2090 (From gear only)

Seems like our off piece will be the Resto legs as the other Ele tier sets are ideally itemized
