Using a USA Ip from EU.

Hey guys, just a quick question on using a US Ip in the EU. After looking at the options it seems nothing has been really posted on the matter since 2010 and I am unable to get them working. Is there any real way to use a proxy server in order to get a US Ip? Or is a site like VpnTraffic which states it will do this, a valid option.

Also will something like this bypass the regional restrictions of sites such as Hulu and Neon ally.

Thanks for any advice, I am really clueless and really want to try and get a US Ip in the next few days
