4.3 and Rawr

I've read somewhere that upgrades from the 4.3 PTR servers have been included in 4.2.6 Rawr, i can't seem to find how to allow non-live upgrades to be listed wihtin rawr for mages?

I am correct or a we stillwiting on Kavan to finish it up? Can't find the soruce where i read this.
