Help building a spring 2013 budget WoW PC

I'm about to get back into the game, and I need some serious upgrades. I just decided that I'm going to cost-effectively build my next computer. I want to be able to run all the 25 man raids at a fluent fps, with almost everything on MAX settings at 1920x1080 res. I will be building my next PC almost exclusively for WoW (nothing crazy like FarCry 3) and some video/audio editing. Now I know that this game has received multiple graphics updates over the years, and I think the game is more gorgeous than ever; it's still a very old engine, and I don't think that I'm asking too much for a $6-700 build. I could be wrong, which is why I came here for advice. My favorite online community ever!

I included 2 of my favorite builds that I have found, both from gamersnexus.net, with a few parts that I personally chose. I also want to run Windows 8, and would do a fair amount of overclocking. Let me know what you experts think. Thank you very much for your time!!
