Gearbox to mount the corpse of Homeworld

In a stunning spin of events, one of the studios that could be considered biggest liars of the industry (Along with making pretty sub-par games WITH THAT ONE EXCEPTION) by far has aquired the rights for the beloved RTS serie of Homeworld.

My first thought when I heard the rumour was... FFFFUUUUUUUUUUCK

Then I saw the actual article confirming the news:

After calming down a little bit, I decided to read through the article only to pick up this small gem amongst others:


"Gearbox said its first priority is to bring Homeworld 1 and Homeworld 2 on 'today's leading digital platforms.' "

At this point I had no energy left and I just wept, wishing for someone to wake me up.
