I haven't been able to find substantial, concrete figures for Tier 13 (nor have I had time to sim much) but things are getting confusing since the complete neutering of T12 2 piece. Just a few points I'd like to bring up for some good ol' forum discussion. Thoughts? Opinions? Ideas? I know Endus probably has a few things to say!
1. The current viability of T12-2 piece in 4.3
2. The future equality of Haste/Mastery values: Stacking Mastery heavily will result in a much higher uptime of the T13 4 piece?
3. Glyphs: With the buff to Fire ele and the obvious absence of T12, what do you think about dropping a current Prime in favor of FE?
