I thought RO2 NA had IP restrictions? I tried playing it yesterday then i met someone in game who was from the philippines. he said he was just able to access the game as is... no VPNs or whatsoever.
Im not sure if he's just trolling me but he seemed serious during our conversation. So when will they implement the IP block? on its official release maybe?
