So, I've been leveling my dr00d tonight, and I've been more or less bored outta my wits. This invariably leads to refreshing the MMO-Champ front page over and over again, waiting on interesting forums to pop up. However, tonight seems to be rather... "Special".
It seems that almost every fifth forum or so that I see, ends up being an advertising attempt, by someone who has exactly 11 forum posts, a lowercase name consisting of garbled letters, and a link to some Chinese auction site. And, so far tonight, the longest-lasting of these threads that I've seen went for a whopping 3 or 4 minutes online. I report each one I see, along with leaving a post in the threads warning others off, as to do my duty (balances out my karma from the incessant trolling I do).
So, I would just like to thank the mods on MMO-Champ for their quick reactions, even at insane hours of the morning, and their care to keep MMO-champ from simply becoming a hellhole of Chinese farmers, be them in-game or IRL.
From this experience, along with a comment I saw in another thread about far too many complaint threads and not enough gracious ones, I made a thread of thanks!! If anyone else knows of good stories that they have from their experience with mods, on MMO-Champ, WoW, Rift, LoL, SW:Whatever, or anything else that comes to mind, feel free to share 'em!!
