Berserking racial - when to use?

Hey dudes,

Lv90 Hunter #3 is a Troll, and this is my first time having a racial cooldown.
Where/when do you guys use Berserking? Most likely not in the opener, or even after (BM speaking here) due to Focus Fire being up?
Any good macros for it as well?
