Standard Rotation (Single Target pve)

So, i open with:

Mut + SnD + SB + Mut + Rupture + Vendetta. From now on, i need to use the standard rotation, but i don't get it.

Should i use 5cp Rupture, and 5cp Envenom? (I know that i don't need to cap energy)
