I'm replacing a disc priest who recently left, so my gear is a tad bit behind. Can't post links just yet, but my armory is

Now, for the time being, our more geared healers (Resto Shaman, Resto Druid, Holy Pally) will be working on the fight for progression, but I have some concerns I'd like to take care of for when I'm brought in in the future.
The healing makeup would be resto shaman in the alternative flight group, resto druid on the main platform, and myself with the primary nest group. (The holy paladin switches to tank when needed)
As far as talents go, would Rushing Jade Wind be advisable? Using that to deal damage to adds, coupled with SCK seems like it would work well on nests since its such a small area, and this seems like one of very few fights where I might actually be able to pull it off
My second, and probably biggest concern is getting caught on a nest during Quills. Would having REM up on the group, as well as having the Chi for 4 Uplifts (I'm including the use of Chi Brew) be enough to keep us alive with my healing alone? Revival seems like an awful waste just to keep 3/4 people alive, so would popping personal cooldowns be a must?
