Maybe I'm frustrated because I'm at work and I really don't have time to break this down.
I'm trying to create a normal mode BiS profile for affliction with the purpose of hitting the 9778 (29.835) break point. If I done the math correctly, I believe the number that's suppose to be inputted into the soft cap for haste is 0.7773 and soft cap weight to 0. I keep getting an absurd amount of haste and I'm about to pull my hair out.
The only thing I can see is that I might've goofed up the math.
