Evening. I am 306 and I'm looking for a few exceptional players that have common goals in this game as me, ill make it short and informational.

*Interested alot in hearing from Caster Dps + Priest who is comfortable playing Dps/Heals - or a sick Plate Dps*
What is this new guild?
#New guild will be formed on a desired realm/faction
#New guild will consist of exceptionally good players
#New guild will focus PvE content and thrive to progress and climb ranks
#New guild will be 10 man for now
#New guild will raid 3-4x a week at casual times
#New guild will have a very serious approach to raiding while maintaining a fun environment
What will be the goals?
#Dedicated to push guild ranking into the world 100-200th
#Dedicated to keep a professional raiding environment
#Dedicated to achieve and maintain realms first kills
#Dedicated to FUN and not zombie-like raiding
What should the players be like?
#Required to push your gear/class/spec to its limits
#Required to keep solid attendance
#Required to have knowledge/in-dept strategies on how to be the best
You talk a big talk - how can we know its legit?
#Lead multiple guilds since TBC to high world ranking kills
#Been in multiple top world guilds from TBC until now
#Knows how to motivate and keep people engaged in raiding
#Dedicated to the cause
#Years of experience as Raid leader/MT/GM

My goal is to have a guild that thrives to push beyond they're current rank every single day, to raid without having to carry people that have the loot but not the brains, to compete with fellow guildies on who can be or is the better player, to push for realms first kills - to challenge the realms first guilds to get up in motion because we are coming for they're position as top guild on the realm - to progress without having to sacrifice FUN - to make a community of skilled players that have the same goal.
Day by day i join guilds on theyre progression run to ToT only to see that they are beastly geared but they can't seem to kill the boss because of fail tactics or a fail raid leader that is bent on doing the tactic he saw on some video - Dps that are 510+ ilevel geared but can't touch the 100k dps marker - healers that spam without consideration for theyre mana or the next part of the fight - I'm amazed of how many guilds are riding the Gear > Skill and when they get stuck at some point they either farm for additional weeks to get that extra gear advantage to make up for theyre fails.... Enough!
I'm looking for a few exceptional players that are willing to invest into this project - that are willing to see beyond the few setbacks a new guild can have - that are willing to be the first to jump into this with a open mind and be a part of this from the very get-go - I'm open to anyone - any class - any spec - friends - smaller guilds - alliance - horde - If you got that "thing" that makes the best players the best -
