This has to be the single most moronic idea Blizzard has ever had. The entire thing is Raiding-centric until near the very end then suddenly -- Win PvP battles.
Alliance never ever ever ever ever ever ever wins Kotmogu or Silvershard Mines in my Battlegroup. Ever.
Not to mention, being a raider, I have no PvP gear nor the compulsion to ever get any. So Blizzard's idiotic resilience system means I get punched through the face and I do like 15k dmg on a crit to them. Not to mention I don't know how the PvP matchups work. So I'm basically causing a 9v10 situation off the bat.
OH! And I can't even begin to collect Secrets of the Empire UNTIL I have those wins -- at which point it will take another 2 months to get 20 of those at the drop rates they have. So maybe sometime after we've been farming Lei Shen I'll finally have the awesome meta gem for all that gripping farm content.
