rare spawns in shared zones

is it just me or do you wish that blizzard would increase the spawn rates for the old rare mobs in the shared zones ( northend / outland ). yes i know this would make them less rare but still seeing as its shared with like 50 other servers the current spawn timers just dont cut it.. ive been trying to farm loque'nahak for the last 2 weeks and 2s i was mid tame and noob players from frostmane( level 65/87 druid / warlock) have come alone and killed it. now im actually sick of the sight of sholazar basin :/

and blizztard dont listen or take in suggestions..
