Ok so as a demo lock with 8.1k haste imp swarm has a 1.6 minute cooldown. this means that for about 20 seconds, imp swarm is off cooldown while dark soul is still on cooldown. So I guess I'm asking is Imp Swarm worth using off cooldown if I have loads of procs up but DS is still on cooldown?
