The new meta doesnt seem to be procing at all for me. I was hitting a target dummy when i noticed, then ran over to ToT to see if it would proc off trash inside, and still didnt get stacks. I cleared my old stacks and re-equipped my helm and nothing changed. Were there any recent changes to maybe only work on raid boss in ToT
