Switching Youtube page results in lag

Well... first of all Hi!
Second: It's about the problem described in the topic itself.

Speccs:
Windows 7 (64B)
i7-2600 Cpu
8Gb Ram
580 GTX
Build-in LAN

Internet: 6k Cable (Mostly lag free and stable)

The Problem
As soon as my Browser (Firefox/Chrome) opens a new Youtube page, my whole connection seems to stop for a few seconds.
This was always kind of a problem for me, but never a big one, since the resulting lag wasn't really noticable.
But in the last few month it got kind of worse, the connections stutters, laggs hart for about 3 Seconds, then resumes as if nothing happened.
What laggs? Everything BUT Youtube itself.
Other Browsers: Yes
Games: Yes
Downloads: Yes

What i've observed is, that in the Resource Monitor build into Windows itself spikes and a blue line appears for 2-3 seconds at the bottom in the Network Graph.

I got a direct connection from PC to the modem itself, no Router or w-lan.

Solutions Tried:

I've tried different solutions, from changing MTU, switching to an older version of Flash, different browser versions. Up to a fresh re-install of Windows itself.
So far nothing worked.

It would be nice, if some of you had different approaches to this Problem, it is highly annoying, since I usually watch a youtube Playlist while gaming, but unfortunally that is not possible at the moment.

Thank you very much for taking time an read this,
~Myrey

Ps: English is unfortunally not my first language, so if something sounds strange, or is not written in a clear way, just ask. It was probably my mistake in the first place!
