i know this is not the proper title for this but i am in need of some serious help i just built this machine that a buddy said would power wow no prob at 35+ fps but i cant even get 20+ staring at a wall in mulgor here are my system specs down to the T

i know the onboard doesnt help but dam what am i missing here please help
also have a thermaltake case with 450 psu
ps also i am upgrading a few things

also adding another duplicate ram stick to take it up to 8g ddr
